How Do I Skip a Month?
You can skip a month anytime by logging into your account and managing your subscription before your next renewal date. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. If you need assistance, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Macaron Discount
The discount offered applies only to nationwide shipping.
Macaron Care
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
- Bring to room temperature 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor
- Can be frozen for up to 1 month in an airtight container.
Returns
Our Commitment to Quality
As artisans of delicate French confections, we take exceptional care in crafting and packaging each macaron. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
Should your order arrive with significant damage, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will gladly work with you to arrange a replacement. We ask for your understanding that minor imperfections—such as a single macaron with a small crack—may occasionally occur during transit given the delicate nature of these handcrafted treats. These are entirely natural, resulting from transit and shipping conditions, and do not affect their taste or quality.
Subscription Delivery Schedule
Select your initial delivery date at checkout. All subsequent monthly deliveries will arrive between the 15th and 20th of each month.
